· To join our mailing list and hear about promotions on the cottage

· To process, prepare and communicate with you in preparation for your stay at the cottage

· To contact you before and during your stay to update you of any changes or important information

· To gather feedback on your stay to help us improve the experience we offer and to help others (via the website) make an informed choice about the cottage

We share relevant information you provide with Brayshaw Housekeeping and Gardening who manage the cottage locally and are your first point of contact during your stay. 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Pewseycottage2104@gmail.com or call 07841 724551.

(b) We have a vital interest. 

How we store your personal information

We keep the information you provide for 6 months after your enquiry or stay at the cottage.  For the mailing list we will keep relevant information provided until you ask us to remove your details from the mailing list. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our database and contact lists.
